Working on Refuge of Light-1

Working with The Refuge of Light

September 8th, 2011 at 3:36 pm

Church Architecture is privileged to work with The Refuge of Light, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe home for girls under the age of 18 years who have been victimized by modern day slavery.

We have created a conceptual floor plan that we hope captures an open, warm, welcoming and safe feeling.  Here the conceptual plan is undergoing revision by architects in Church Architecture based on feedback from the leadership of The Refuge of Light.

The project is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2012. To learn more about the Refuge of Light and ways to become involved in the fight against human trafficking, visit the ministries website.

Please send me information that I can assist this project or any others like. My heart burns, and my soul cries when I hear, and read about this plague to young ladies, I have a wife, and children will come soon. I am on Christ’s Team, and he is making me a leader, and protector. Let me know what I can do to help combat this problem, and protect, and spread love of Christ to these precious, young children of God.

I am 25, and I just heard about this issue. I never knew how big it was.
