In August your church will receive a letter with instructions to request registration cards for messengers.
Pre-register on-line at texasbaptists.org/register and print your own messenger cards.
Return the card enclosed in the letter to request messenger cards. Messenger cards will not be mailed without a request being made by the church. The church's personalized cards are printed upon request and will be imprinted with the church's name and other important data and mailed to you.
Messengers who do not have properly endorsed messenger registration cards will have to be processed through the Credentials Committee at the Annual Meeting in Waco.
First Baptist Church - Hewitt will be providing free childcare for infants through 5 years of age as a service for out-of-town messengers. Services are available Monday, November 13, from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm and Tuesday, November 14 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Lunch and daily snacks, along with dinner on Monday will be provided.

All General Sessions and Business Meeting Sessions of the 2017 Annual Meeting will be translated in Spanish. Headsets will be available for checkout at the Information Booth located at Registration and at the Ushers Booth located at the back of the session hall.
