The Texas Bivocational and Smaller Membership Ministers and Spouses Association will be hosting the 25th Annual Conference July 8-10, 2011 on the campus of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Featured speaker will be Dr. Paul Powell. The theme of the 2011 Conference iw based on Proverbs 25:11, “A word aptly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver.”
