Annual Church Profile
The purpose of the Annual Church Profile (ACP) is to enable your church to examine its progress of ministry and growth. As you cooperatively share this information, associations, state conventions and Baptist agencies are better able to assist your congregation in all areas of church life. Trends can be established and new ways to minister to churches can be researched.
The ACP reporting for the BGCT and the SBDS (Southern Baptist Directory Services) have been combined into a one booklet format. Churches have the option to use either process.
Churches that do not file electronically can fill out the booklet, make a copy for their records, and give the original to the association. Some churches like to fill out the booklet and then go online to enter the data and keep the booklet for their historical records.
Churches that prefer to enter the data online can go to either BGCT or the SBDS web site and follow the directions.
The BGCT 2013 Annual Church Profile is divided into three parts: Statistical Profile (Part 1), Leadership Profile (Part 2), and Historical Profile (Part 3). Please complete all three parts. At the end of each form before submitting you have an opportunity to request a copy of the form be emailed back to you.
Click on link below for the 2013 Annual Church Statistical Profile (Part 1 of 3) to begin completing your Annual Church Profile. Please enter statistical data for a full twelve months which is normally September 2012 through August 2013 or October 2012 through September 2013. Be sure to complete all three parts.
We ask that all ACP information be returned by the church/associations to the BGCT or submitted on-line by November 30, 2013.
