The Great Commission Summit is an extraordinary opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind training experience combining outstanding speakers, conference leaders and clinicians leading sessions in Evangelism, Discipleship, Music & Worship, Sermon Preparation and Apologetics – featuring a trek through Soteriology and the Childhood Ministry Summit.

REGISTER: Exhibitors and Advertisers are required to submit a registration form and payment. When payment and forms have been received, registration will be considered complete.

REQUIREMENT: Each exhibitor is required to bring a gift item of $50 or more in value for the giveaway.

DEADLINES:

  • All Advertisers are required to register by May 22, 2017. All advertising artwork is due May 25, 2017 – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • All Exhibitors are required to register by July 1, 2017.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full Advertising fee will be refunded if cancelled on/before May 22, 2017. All fees are forfeited if cancelled after this date.
  • Full Exhibitor fee will be refunded if cancelled on/before July 1, 2017. All fees are forfeited if cancelled after this date.

EXHIBITOR SET UP: Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 2pm – 6pm. Exhibit Space will be pre-assigned. Exhibitors will need to check in at registration to receive their booth number and name badge.

EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday, August 11th from 7:30am – 5:00pm and Saturday, August 12th from 7:30am – 1:15pm. The big give-away time is scheduled from 3:00pm-5:00pm on Friday in the exhibit hall.

TEAR DOWN: Exhibitors may tear down their booth space at 1:15pm on Saturday, August 12th.

MATERIAL PREPARATION: Anticipating over 700 attendees, we recommend you not print more than 60% or 420 pieces as give-aways for your exhibit.

Food and/or Beverages must be approved by BGCT by June 19, 2017.

Product sales are permitted. Proof of appropriate sales license is required. Order/s are allowed and encouraged without fee/license requirements.

Each exhibitor is responsible for transporting their display and exhibit materials to the event. Exhibitors are not to send materials to the Texas Baptists office, or to DBU.

The Baptist General Convention of Texas and the Great Commission Team assume no liability for damages or injuries arising from exhibitor displays or products.
