Eagle Pass Flooding

Rebuilding Eagle Pass, Texas

In June 2013 and again in June 2014, hundreds of homes were destroyed by flooding in the South Texas city of Eagle Pass, TX. Many of these families are the working poor, with little to no extra funds for insurance or rebuilding. Almost 2 years later, survivors are still just barely scraping by, risking sickness from mold and other harmful living conditions.
