Rosa Elena was a single mother seeking to change her community in the Dominican Republic, one stained by years of prostitution, violence and lack of morals. Now, a partnership with South Texas Children’s Home Ministries and Texas Baptists is helping her do more, spreading hope and the gospel to more families in her community.
