Exhibitor & Promotional Opportunities

Online registration opens for internal ministries on May 1st with external registration opening on May 15th. Booth and fee schedule pricing will be available at that time.

Registration for all groups closes on August 1.

All new sponsorships/exhibitors are reviewed and approved by a sub-committee.

Hotels

Listing of negotiated hotels will be available on Friday, August 1st.
