Engaging the next generation of teenagers with the gospel of Jesus is a vital part of a healthy church. Our team supports youth leaders as they help students grow into fully devoted followers of Christ. The local church is the perfect place to educate and encourage parents as they disciple their families. We equip and empower church leaders who guide family ministry in their churches.
Conclave
Conclave provides one stop, three-in-one training. Our goal is to provide encouragement, worship experiences, networking, training, and resources for youth ministers as well as those who oversee the family or NextGen areas in the local church.
Discipleship Certification Program
The Discipleship Ministry Certification is designed for ministerial staff and lay leaders in a church’s Preschool/Children’s, Youth, and Adult Discipleship ministry. The certification equips both new and experienced leaders with practical ministry skills.
Discipleship Collective
The Discipleship Collective brings you together with new and experienced volunteer and staff leaders in Sunday School and Small Group ministry across Texas. This leadership training will be led by some of the finest childhood, youth, and adult discipleship leaders in your area. This year’s focus on excellence in teaching will provide practical disciple-making help for leaders of kids, teen, and adult groups.
Super Summer
Students reach students best! Super Summer teaches students to know and share the Gospel.
BOUNCE
Pre-packaged mission experiences mobilizing student youth groups in disaster recovery, community rehabilitation, and church planting.
Resources
Bible Study Materials
Free Bible study materials for youth in grades 7-12 are available online. The studies were written by Texas Baptist youth ministers and youth educators and they emphasize understanding the Bible passage and making appropriate life application. Available in both English and Spanish.
Called
Called is an initiative of Texas Baptists to encourage students sensing a call to ministry. We want students to know that an exciting career in church ministry is more than just a viable career path, it may be the very thing to which God is calling them.
