TXB Missionaries

TXB missionaries are either volunteers or people who raise support and who commit to at least 20 hours per week in a mission setting here in Texas. TXB missionaries are people who commit to working in any part of Texas.

These missionaries are appointed by the Baptist General Convention of Texas after a proper background check and screening. If they choose they are able to raise support through the convention, and be a subcontractor working under the office of Urban Missions. They will work with various organizations, but the priority for their recruitment and placement will be with Texas Baptist churches.
