Texas Baptist Men (TBM) is currently responding to needs in North Texas following serious storms and tornados on Sun., Oct. 20. A tornado touched down in North Dallas, causing damage for several miles across the city. TBM activated a chainsaw crew of 11 people on Monday morning to the Lake Highlands area for disaster relief.
Dr. Charles "Rusty" Walton received the Maples-Williamson-Daehnert (MWD) Award on Oct. 10, 2019, for being the outstanding interim pastor of the year.
Texas Baptist Men is preparing a response to provide disaster relief to those impacted by the destruction in the Bahamas following Hurricane Dorian. Currently, TBM partners have assessors working in the Bahamas to determine the best ways to provide aid.

On Saturday, June 22, over 220 women gathered together from across Texas to celebrate the Singing Women of Texas (SWOT) 25th anniversary with a special concert in front of a full crowd at the Sue and Frank Mayborn Performing Arts Center on University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s campus.
