More than 1,600 participants in-person and online gathered together for the 2021 Texas Baptists Annual Meeting Nov. 14-16.
“...the moment we’re in does not pause the mission we’re on.”
“We’re enjoying a season of peace and unity.”
On Monday, Nov. 15, at the 2021 Texas Baptists Annual Meeting, a group of over 200 missions-minded individuals gathered to celebrate the work being done through the ministries of the Center for Missional Engagement and give glory to God for the fruit.
“It’s a movement that we’re letting God take over, and [He can] do with that whatever He wants and however He leads. We want to be in a flexible place of obedience.”
“The money you give to missions never stops giving. People who gave to the Missions Foundation in 1984 and 1985, that money is still at work and making a difference,”
Directors approved the 2022 proposed budget, elected officers, heard ministry reports, and approved business related to 26 unique recommendations.
"Texas Baptists are always proud of the ready response of our partners at TBM."
“Discipleship keeps growing and evolving...and we are continually learning ways to connect with both the current and future generations,”
