The Discipleship Collective brings you together with new and experienced volunteer and staff leaders in Sunday School and Small Group ministry across Texas. This leadership training will be led by some of the finest childhood, youth, and adult discipleship leaders in your area. This year’s focus on excellence in teaching will provide practical disciple-making help for leaders of kids, teen, and adult groups.

Engaging Teenagers in Small Groups
As the leader of a youth small group, preparation is more than just Bible study. You have the opportunity to help teenagers grow in their walk with Jesus and build community, but also challenge them to minister to the world around them. This session will help you formulate a plan of how to use small groups to help your students look outward, upward and inward.
