Dr. Ron Hunter has authored over 80 articles and six books, four on family ministry and two on leadership. He loves movie nights with his wife, woodworking, and history. His Ph.D. is in leadership, and his career is in discipleship. He served as an infantry officer in the US Army, where he jumped out of perfectly good airplanes. Since 2002, he has served as the CEO of D6 Family Ministry, founder of D6, the D6 Conference Director, and since 2015 an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University, where he teaches leadership and family ministry on the graduate level, but his favorite titles are Husband, Father, and Grandaddy.
Ron’s sessions will focus on Generational Legacy, Leading Change in the Church, and key principles found in Toy Box Leadership. Every attendee will receive a copy of his book, Toy Box Leadership.
Clint Followell will be leading an optional Tuesday afternoon session entitled AI in Ministry: Navigating the Ethics and Enhancing Leadership.
Explore the ethical dimensions of using AI in the church while discovering practical ways it can empower ministry leaders. This session will provide insights and tools to thoughtfully integrate AI into your ministry, ensuring it serves your mission without compromising your values.
Clint serves as Minister of Students at FBC San Marcos.
