Man or Maker: Who Says Who We Are?

Breakout Descriptions

Robert White — Room C11

The Reliability of the Bible

According to the Apostle Paul, the pillar and buttress of truth is the church of the living God (1 Tim. 3:15). But what is the standard of truth that this pillar is composed of. For the Christian, that standard and foundation of truth is found in the Holy scriptures. In this session we will discuss evidence that undergirds the claims of the church and the Bible itself, that it is a reliable and authoritative source of truth.

Bill Scott — Fellowship Hall

LGBT in the Global Conversation

The mission field needs Apologetics. From Kenya to Cuba, ideologies that have begun in our country are rapidly spreading overseas. This talk will discuss how to approach these ideas respectfully, along with the cultural moment we are living in, and helping those who identify in the LGBTQ community find their identity in Christ.

Preston Condra — Worship Center

Can I Ask You A Question?: Starting Gospel Conversations and Answering Objections

A Gospel-centered, respectful, normal-feeling, memorable way to witness that also solves 3 big fears in witnessing: I don’t know what to say, I'm afraid to offend and I'm afraid I can't answer objections to the Gospel.
