Church Restarting and Revitalization

Church revitalization and church restarting focus on the rebirth of the church. Desiring to give hope to the fledgling church, both processes focus on creating new initiatives that help the church make disciples, engage with their community in fresh and relevant ways, and take the gospel to the nations.

Texas Baptist Church Revitalization Strategy designed to help pastors customize revitalization for their context by equipping them with resources and placing them in cohorts to be trained by a coach and encouraged within a community of pastors.

The Church Health & Growth Team is excited to partner with Church Answers and Thom and Sam Rainer to provide Texas Baptists churches with a wealth of church health tools for all aspects of ministry including:

Demographic and psychographic reports
Leadership development
Models for reaching local communities
Guides for utilizing prayer as an evangelism tool

In addition, a new consultant training program will help to raise up more people to advise churches across the state.
