The Navigator is a seasoned ministry leader who primarily serves as a relational and spiritual guide who walks alongside church leaders in a prayerful, customized process of discovery, reflection, and action toward greater GC2 faithfulness. The Navigator supports aspects of this process, including promotion, resource development, guide facilitation, follow-up, and contract facilitator coordination.

In addition, the Navigator builds and maintains relationships with internal and external constituencies across the Texas Baptists family, including other Navigators, ministry staff, and leaders, as well as pastors, church leaders, and other ministry partners. The Navigator will be responsible for carrying out the assigned duties within a specific geographical region of the state or other specified boundaries.
