Today, the first TBM Disaster Relief unit, a mobile freezer full of food, will head to Murray, Kentucky, to serve after the tornado. Volunteers will cook the food, and the freezer will be used by other states to store food that they will prepare.

I was in New York City in June of 2001 with my wife Heather for my first visit to New York City. When I returned for a last-minute mission trip in December of 2001, I found an entirely different city.

While the chainsaws cut broken limbs, the volunteers lift spirits.
